DRIFT: A Magazine of West Coast Cultural Production

DRIFT was a curatorial and editorial platform that produced work between 2010 and 2012. DRIFT emerged as a collaboration with Sean Collins, and grew to encompass additional collaborations with the Deep Oakland Compendium (Stephanie Young and Lara Durback), Best Of interviews by Joey Veltkamp, and Radical Seattle Remembers history segments by Jeff Stevens. The intention of DRIFT was to explore the sites of intersections between various cultural practices on the west coast landscapes, with a focus on cross-disciplinary exchanges, print / digital mashup formats, and other feral hybrids of place and nonsite.
